One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.

For the longest time Avia Sport had a PDF of the frame specs for the STX series kites on their website. Now that they're owned by someone else the page is gone and of course... now I need it. Anyone still have a copy they could post or email to me? I would appreciate it.

I will try to get up to the shop next weekend. If I locate the sheets I will make pdf's of them.

At one point I was in possession of a lot of CDC's, a full custom set of 2.1's, a full custom set of 2.3's all signed by Mona, a custom 1.8, a Dream Ticket and a standard 1.9... Went back and forth with JPC in broken English/French emails a number of times. Guess you could say being a fan boy was an understatement, loved those guys...

I found them going through the bag the other day along with the kites that replaced them ...I got nostalgic and decided they needed to be flown. I'm fixing the 5 that can be fixed ...got the comp 2.3 and the 2.3 UL in the air this weekend and remember why I liked them so much. Long in the tooth or not, they're still relevant especially the UL but, I could be too old as well.

Bonjour Jean-Paul!
