One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

At the Antelope Island Stampede this year, Bobby Stanfield came over to my camp and helped me assemble two of his large cellular kites I own. Then, once on the flying field, Ron Gibian and Ken McNeill came over to assist.

Awesome kite for sure, it looks sooo much better in person.  I loved flying with Ken and Ron, it was pretty awesome to have my Ichiban flying right next to Ken's newer designed one.  Hopefully there will be some pics of it somewhere.  I believe all three were up in the air at the same time.

Good times better memories,

Indeed.

It was a real pleasure meeting Ken, Bobby, and Scott Hampton and being able to fly kites with them. Ken even added a special inscription to my Ichiban '13 #1. Meeting other kite fliers and having a great time flying kites leaves me with great memories of the event.
