One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY is celebrating an International Day of Peace with a kite festival and they want to buy some cheap diamond kites for the students to make.

The event is Sept 21st and they need to place an order ASAP. Any ideas?

You might want to contact Archie Stewart.

He often provides the kites for the supplies for the kite making events gears towards kids at a lot of the Kites Over New England events.

I buy kits from the Drachen Foundation. They are inexpensive and fly pretty good. There are better kits but they are much more expensive. I usually buy the Beatles for the boys and the Butterflies for girls. They come with line.
