One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.

Just getting back in to flying and have an older Level One Easy Light with a corroded/broken parts on the lower spreader.  Can anyone suggest a place to purchase a complete replacement lower spreader?  Is it even possible?

Thanks for any replies.

It should be pretty easy to repair and get flying again.  Which parts do you need? Can you post a picture?

If it's the leading edge connectors it's a little difficult to replace them as the leading edge on the Easy Lite's are one piece. The issue is that you then need to deal with the upper spreader connectors as well.

Everything is fairly easy to replaced but if it's a lower spreader connector it's a little more involved. Post if it is and I can post how to replace it (key part is that the upper spreader connector needs to be marked and the c-clips removed as the leading edge is all one piece on this kite).

The middle T-connector is very easy to replace. Pretty much _mark the locations of the c-clips_, break them off and then slide the spine rod out to replace the center T-connector.

I'm not 100% sure but I think Kites and Fun Things has replacement parts for the Level One kites.

Email them and ask.

You can also contact Level One and ask who in the State would have parts:
