One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.

I was intrigued by the dual stitch lines, and some of the detail and wording on the kite and bag. So, what else is there to do at 3:30. You may already have seen this, but maybe this bad translation will help a bit, Jim...

"Under the leadership of Jens Lück ETERNITY was developed, which is in the range of LEVEL ONE will perpetuate. Jens Lück that a former pilot STACK competition is most likely to be known. It He is also an absolute kite enthusiast and avid collector of kultträchtigen and renowned Lenkdrachen.

Building on this experience that Jens has made a new kite to develop a variety of positive characteristics of these collectibles in together. It is therefore not surprising that a general of Eternity precision solid basis to submit the day without the potential to stunt negligible.

The refinement and the final details were developed by me to the typical ETERNITY LEVEL ONE-Level to bring. It is obviously that the ETERNITY (like all other dragons LEVEL ONE) produced in Europe and both the Bestabung as well as the balance of each assembly ETERNITY by me personally to take effect.

The ETERNITY has long been a dragon back home from the LEVEL ONE clearly has increased in size. With its 2.30 m span, he and his flight to the tricks in slow and elegant scene, without really difficult to handle to be. The easy handling is confirmed by the roll bars supported what the competition-based pilots, as well as the trick-based leisure and pleasure fliers opposite will happen. An At this point I would like to thank Andy Wardley, with the use of roll bars on its ETERNITY agrees.

The traceability of the tricks and have already called precision flight revealed overall a very elegant flight image. Whoever wants to can ETERNITY course through the air and twirl it by a trick in the next spin -- but this is the balance of the ETERNITY not live forever, and the seeming elegance is lost.

You see, the eternal ETERNITY is fun to hang gliding.

Fall not from faith - GOD IS A KITEFLYER ... because we are sure!

ETERNITY The series will air in your properties such as the limited ETERNITY, though in a different, new design. The limited series in white / red is definitely limited to 30 pieces limited."

Thanks for taking the time Bob.

I'm curious as to what anyone who may have flown one thinks.

I think you should buy one and write a review.

I'll chip in $10 in Kitebucks toward the purchase.  Smiley

Since only 30 of these kites will be produced,  this presumably will be a high-$ investment.  The photos look real good, showing attention to detail and a quality build.  However, only examination of a real kite will confirm this.

From the photos, the colors as attractive and the panel layout is well-done.

Maybe I'm becoming cynical in my old age, but I'd have to get my hands on a kite like this before changing my doillars into euros to make a purchase.

look chilese, rollbars.  Tongue

actually, the week you were missing from the friday fly john there was a local flyer who showed up named keith who said he'd been at kite party, and who had brought a level one kite he got in the auction which he didn't know anything about. i never actually saw the kite but someone at the field told him what it was. i'm wondering might it have been one of these?

fidelio,
The kite was a L1 Genesis Evo IIRC.

Roll bars are the training wheels of kites.
Keel weights are the weebleness of kites.
Although I do like standoffs.  Roll Eyes

I'm sure we have several red leading edged kites out there. Several people made kites of this type.

Paul Shirey of AeroStar kites has made kites with red leading edges.
Here's a blue leading edge held by the Hills.

Gary Dromgold made kites with colored leading edges.

Peter Betancourt (PBSK) made kites with colored leading edges.

I'm sure there have been others.  Smiley

Paul makes kites of impeccable quality. I even like the panel layout on that color scheme Mr. Brown. You must have impeccable taste.  Smiley
