Biggest thing is the internal calm, casually repeating the same series
of maneuvers and asking an exact movement of yourself (straight path in relation to geometry, highly conscious line tension, smooth grading inputs and a calm mind... The space inside each second actually expands, like a working clock disassembled into mid-air... And of course, KILLING the monkey on your back that says *anything* negative about yourself during fly time, positively affirming your purpose for flying and setting achievable goals, while staying open to making amazing moments when the unexpected happens.
I'm hoping that with more "take it outside the box" ideas and presentations, along with the other folks who are already innovating and those yet to arrive, we'll find a bit more access to the mainstream... There's plenty for all, and especially with urban flying, the access opens up almost infinitely.
