One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Anyone coming to Kite Party have any old Peter Powell stunt kites they can bring and fly?

PP is producing kites again and is shipping a new stack this week for Kite Party demo purposes.

I thought it would be fun if there were some vintage kites in the air too.

I thought Peter had passed on and his son was taking over.  Did I hear wrong?

Yes, that's the situation AFAIK. Peter Powell Kites is the name of the company.

As far as I'm aware, Peter Powell is still among us. At least, he signed our new custom PP MkIII kites ...

His sons have indeed taken over the company, and have brought PP kites back on the market recently.
