Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Sean Gurganian (changeman) came by Wednesday and gave me an amazing present purchased

at Kite Party 12 auction/pizza night. This kite looks like it came out of a time machine.

Can you historians tell me about the kite? As Schultz use to say, "I know nothing."

Hey John,

That one looks familiar. Wink  Nice pics of it!

Yes, as far as I know it was never flown.  I took it out of the sleeve once for pics but that's about it.

I have an old spec sheet on these over here, I should try to get it scanned and uploaded.  The Flame is basically the same size as the Bee, slightly different frame but overall same wingspan and sail shape.

Yep, it should be pretty noisy.  Grin

sorry for the glare on these, I'll work on getting actual scans when I have access to a scanner but these should be at least readable once blown up.

Hi John,
I need one of those Beman lower spreaders for a very similar Bee that Smeagol hooked me up with.  I have replaced the broken on lower spreader on it with some similar carbon, but to try and source that Chicago Fire Diva rod from Beman to make it original would make my day.  You have any idea where i might be able to find one.  Ill post a picture and stats of the rod later tonight, but it appears to be the same frame as in that Flame.  Thanks, Jeff
