One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Contact Klig's Kites in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  They should have these.

in the very early 2000's and the only time myrtle beach was in my sight, i dropped by kligs kites near the beach, and picked up a small spectra sports kite (which i still have), as a kite wasn't in my travel gear.

it's great to see they're still around, as it was a pretty cool shop with friendly people.

as for the part, if you can't source it, it would look a good candidate for 3d printing (though i have no personal experience). iirc, these are pretty hard with just a tiny bit of flex.

if you went the 3d printing route and had no original for a scan, or measurement, i might could help you there (if you returned the piece after).

I have two complete frame sets, one yellow spine with white spreader and one white spine and spreader. Each complete with all the fittings in good shape, including the one your looking for.

Kligs gave me a bag of various spares for the six stack I received as a gift from my wife a year & a half ago.  I was in their store in May & they still had TRLBY's for sale.  Parts should be no problem.  Also, I have done kite field repairs with odd bits of plastic, a Swiss Army knife & a bit of whittling.  Some of these parts are still flying.
