One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I flew a little on Friday (in video at end) Yesterday was nice wind was out of the North.  Meaning I had buildings behind me... When the wind is South.  It comes off the Lake direct... Either way it was good to be back at the Beach...been a Long winter..

Did two new things... Dodd showed the Cascade as falling down from the Top...the back and forth he called flip flop ?? anyway... I like it falling from the high spot.  On Friday I did one of those Fade to a 540 ... tough to do.  I missed it on Saturday ...

btw:  Anybody got an idea on how to ease Leg Cramps ...(out of shape)

Yeah!

Cascades?
1) From top to bottom: Cascade
2) On the spot: Flipflop (much easier)
3) From bottom to top: Up the Fountain (much harder, but also very beautiful)

Leg cramps?
Just do the same again, through the pain!

Jim theres probably a formatting issue. When I make videos in iMovie theres things that say 'visible through, iPhone, computer, etc.' different formats have different accessible options. Maybe iPad isn't one of them in this case?

I just tried getting it in my android and it said it's blocked because of copyright laws.  Joe might need to change the music?  Are you able to watch it on your phone or computer?
Thanks Devin

When you get a cramp, stretch the muscle as much as you can without

forcing it. So if your calf cramps, use your leg muscles only to move your

toes toward your knee. Don't force it with weight or other limbs.

Chew up three or four "Tums".  Tums are loaded with Potassium.  That is the ingredient in Bananas that relieves muscle cramps.

Jorge the wind speed was broken up.  There are barriers behind me that cause a shift.  It was high most of the day.  It started to go down to about 5mph I'd guess.  Again my wind out of the North is bad unless I go to the end of the grass onto the sand...  I love the southerly wind... A widow Maker Ul can fly nicely in 2 mph wind like that... Also a Solus std can fly in low wind like that.. I do mean std.  The Ul you'd expect...

Leg Cramps... Thanks guys for all the suggestions.  I have been hitting the water more.  Bananas sound good also.  The "Tums" going to give em' a whirl...  I am also not going to try and stand on my leg when it cramps...  Some morning's they like to sing a bit and I jump up trying to stand up...  Not fun...
