One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I bought a Premier Dimension Delta kite and here is what the tow point looks like (right side is the kite line, middle point goes to the front of the kite, left side goes to the back of the kite).

I can adjust the angle of the bridle by moving the middle point towards the kite line on the right.  But when I fly the kite, the bridle ends up sliding and stopping at the knot at the left anyway.

Is it supposed to be adjustable?

Kite came without instructions?

If the AOA was meant to be adjustable and lock into place, kind of surprised the middle segment isn't secured with a Prussik knot.

It came with assembly instructions on a doublesided 8x11, but there is no mention of bridle adjustment.

With the bridle set up the way it is in your picture, no, it will not be adjustable. If you wanted to have some adjustment, you could tie additional knots to prevent the line from sliding back to the original knot, but there's not really much space to do that.
