Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Great!
Really amazing that an SUL can do that.
Beautiful.

Cheers!

P.S. Hmmmm... I see you also take the US off first, like Krijn does...  I'll try it

Nice vid, Tom.  Obviously plenty tricky for a SUL.

I've always done the same thing to take down a kite, especially if I know I'm going back to it. I see no point in pulling everything out if it'll be collapsed for a short while. My old Solus' haven't ever had the tubes taken out of the LS, haha. Oopsie.  Cheesy

Great flying Tom, as always.  Wink

Yes... I agree, Tom is also a great pilot with Lam's Kites. I have the ATM SUL and it can do all types of tricks too.

Lam Hoac makes great kites that not only tricks well but also tracks like a dream too.

Thanks all!

It really is an incredible kite - does everything so well.  I flew with Tristan Underwood last Summer at Whidbey. I let him try it out for a few minutes and I didn't get it back until the end of the day!  Smiley.   Luckily, I've got 2.    It's been my 'deserted island' kite for years now.
