Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Jon
I think I can make it there Saturday.  Is the family going? I have a BBQ to go to in the late afternoon. It is on the way home.

It will be great to meet you. Sorry you cannot make it up to Oxnard this weekend. As I am just learning it is very exciting getting to meet fellow fliers. I would really like to head down your way one weekend and fly with you. We can get Jon to head on down too.

That's possible as I have flown there with Glen for alot of years.  Just a couple of weeks ago Glen came up on a Moday and we had the largest turnout in the park in some time. Great day!!

Park isn't the same without Dan though, and most everyone alse has moved away.

I spoke with Mr. Rothstein tonight and he has assured me that he would be up here more often and he was pretty excited to hear that we would be hitting Hermosa Beach in the near future.

Dan was the best and is sorely missed by many.  Not seeing his van in the parking lot and him sleeping in his chair it's just not the same.  And I even have to get my own Stone beer now...
