Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Yes I did get it.... part of the "Home for Wayward Platypus Kites" project.

Quick impressions:
  • Easy assembly
  • Less precise than a Rev, especially in reverse flight
  • A bit of oversteer.
  • Cross spar pocket a bit snug, but not a deal breaker
  • Come RTF with standard quad handles and Dyneema lines
  • Nice Bag !!
  • Not cause for concern unless you fly in the rough, but the kite lands on the vertical spar straps (sort of like the strap on the tail end of a dualies spine), instead of a cap like the Rev.
  • Still obscure enough on this side of the Atlantic that chances are you will be the only one in your county/state/time zone to own one
  • Funky and coool enough looking in the sky to be worth the price of admission.

ATB,
Sam
