Welcome to the GWTW Forum.

One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Saw this kite at the Westport Windriders Kite Festival.  Winds were in the SUL/UL range and this baby was the only thing flying high and proud.  Way too cool.  2 thumbs up!

I have the Manta & Skate from Focus and they both are fantastic flying kites. I even had them flying trained in 5 MPH winds at Ocean City MD. when I was there in June. Not only do they fly well in low winds but they both will fly indoors as well. Another great thing about these kites is that you can choose your own colors for your kites( as long as the fabric is available). I would strongly suggest the higher wind spreader as a add- on . I've used mine in winds approaching 24 MPH (sweating bullets the whole time) with no ill effects. Hunter & Paul do a great job designing and building their kites.

Does the Skate have a higher wind spreader add-on, too, or just the Manta? Do you know the size of the spreader?
