One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

In my previous post about REV 1.5 history I asked if anyone new how much my 1995 REV 1.5 was worth. Does anyone know? I might want to sell it. Here are the pics.

I am not an expert on Revs, but I'll hazard a guess.

$130 + shipping

Maybe this will stir the Rev-heads  Wink into action.

It looks in great shape.

It's actually a 1997, that's when they started the straight logo, earlier was the curved logo.

I don't see a bridle on it, and don't know the actual condition. So it would be hard to come up with a starting price.

$130 sounds on the low side, $140-150 more normal.
I personally feel the older revs fly much better, and the 2 wrap rods offer a kite that will fly in pretty low winds.  That's just my opinion though.   Wink

It has a bridle and is shown on the back side pic. The sail and rods are in excellent condition.
Here's a pic of the back side.

You are right. The more I look at it the logo is straight so it is a 1997 Rev 1.5.

Why is the bridle on the back? I think this got reversed when storing at some time.

That would be a great one to do a "Bean Can" hot knife vent job on.
