Kite-festival in Randers, Denmark

One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

If you should find yourself in Denmark, maybe even in east-Jutland, and with a kite in your luggage, there is a Kite-festival in the city of Randers on the 14, 15 and 16th of August. It is hosted by the local Kite club, Randers Drageklub, who also kickstarts the festival on the 13th, where members of the club will be helping those interested building a kite, they then can fly on the Kite-festival the following days. The kite-building event will be held in downtown Randers, specifically on the street/plaza "Østervold".

Now you know, if you happen to travel in Denmark in August.
