I visited my old flying field at Shoreline Park for the first time in a couple of years. As always, good wind.

Also, as always, the Plains of Despair (a gravel, weeds & grunge parking lot which makes up most of the flying space) added it's own bit of fun.

First launch of the 150' Dragon!

Wait, what's that out at the end of the tail?  Shocked

A shrubbery!

Or tumbleweed, or something...

Once the Big Dragon was untangled and up, my (previously huge) 55' Sun King went up to fly too.  Smiley Smiley Smiley

Having the Sun King there certainly points up the scale of the new one!

A shrubbery? When did the Knights That Formerly Said Ni! move from the Misty Woods to the Plain of Despair?

It's a beauty. How long does it take to roll up that tail?

Roll up?  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Stuff it into a sack!

It attaches to the head at the first red section with velcro.

The spars come out of the head, and it gets folded over and lightly rolled.
