This will be the third year I've participated in this event. It's a charity event where 100% of the proceeds go to the Childrens Hospital in Madera, CA. This had not started out as a kiting event but is evolving into one. Ozonejim helped out last year and we had a great time.

http://www.colortheskies.com/ The wind is typical inland and the hours of the event are set for a Ballon Festival...from 5:00am to 1:00pm but if you show up on Sat. we can fly well into the afternoon.
The festival is held at Mistlin Park in Ripon CA.
