Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

The Perseid meteor shower peaks tonight. If you're into that kind of thing.  Wink

Should be quite a show if the sky is clear in your neck of the woods.  Cool

Hey Denny, thanks for the info, love meteor showers, can't stay up that late though, but I'm up between 3:00 and 3:30 in the morning should be able to catch at least 30 minutes of show before getting ready for another day in the life of a Concrete Contractor.

Thanks, John

Saw a couple streaks last night then a huge cloud cover rolled in. Figures there hasn't been clouds for 3 months and when when something cool happens they appear.  Will try again tonight

Bambi and I were up around 1 AM. We saw about 10 upper right to lower left streaks while looking into the Northern skies of Las Vegas. Viewed from our house. There are no street lights, so that helped.  Smiley
