Not a real power house but may fit a family/student need

The memory (DDR2 PC2-6400) is a little light but you can max it out (4gig=2x2gig) for $60  or just add one (has 2 slots) and get 3 gig (xp 32 bit only supports up to 3gig)for half that, comes w/XP Home for all you Vista haters

Hey a 20" monitor alone is almost worth $300

Amazing the amount of computer you can get for such a small investment. Besides the monitor being worth almost that much XP Home Full Version would cost you a couple hundred if you were building it yourself. Long gone are the days when you built them yourself to save some money. Today it's cheaper to buy a basic box and upgrade if you feel you need to. For most users who are going to do some email, net cruising and Facebook and maybe a bit of word processing and basic photo editing and printing that PC has more then enough power. Not too may years ago we would've been drooling over those specs.
