Welcome to the GWTW Forum.

One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Nice layout but the response seems a bit sloppy and unbalanced.  I assume your still tuning though or the wind wasn't that good so it will probably get better.  Looked like the wind was a bit too low in a few shots.  Over all it looks promising.

On a side note I saw the SKD logo and got you mixed up with Sport Kite Designs at first until I actually read your company name.  Might be something for you to consider.

The panel scheme was designed by Mario, as well as the kite itself. The colors, instead, were chosen by a girl I am dating with Smiley (she is an artist)

The wind was not stable, in some moment the strenght was dropping, in others It was reinforcing (storms nearby) and, yes, I'm still tuning it. Actually some things are already changed respect to the version in the video, such as standoff lenght (the inner standoff is longer now and is made from fiberglass), some bridle adjustments and connector position trimming.

The kite is very prone to nose-in-line tricks as yofade and crazy copter, despite being tail-heavy (taz-ish). The dimensions are small, it is 215 x 97 but it doesn't act as a small kite on the lines, the trajectory precision is quite good but corners require a little bit of effort to be nice and clean, the fiberglass improved them a lot though indeed. The pressure is gentle but present. A little on the low side for aggressive flying in the low end of the wind range. Comparing to other kite I own and built, the slot machines are more prone to line tangling; that's probably due to the depth of the sail and the tail-heavy (ish) attitude of the kite. The other tricks are easy-peasy.

I know that is a company with the same acronym, but actually the logo is different and the name too. That's why I put the logo on the whole video Cheesy
