One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

In all the website searching I've done over the last few weeks I forgot which site had these, It looked to be tie-dyed and had the Revolution logo. Does anyone know which site has them?

Highline Kites out of Berkeley CA? They sell some Master piece kites and special Prism designs.

true tie-dyed icarex is very rare, most folks are using nylon as it is much easier, dare I say safer to do?  Ixy requires an autoclave (240 degrees and two atmospheres of pressure) plus acid etch dyes (that's a stage 3 respirator on you!)

There are printed revolution single skinned kites (dye-sublimation) and any design you can create can be accomplished in this manner.  You are working with Cyan, Magenta, Process Yellow and Black colors, so a desk-top publishing application like Photoshop or illustrator is best to create your artwork.

The kites are made in Europe and available from Rev direct, call lolly and get started.  You're only limit is the creative process skill-set

Although that is some really good information, I am looking for a garment that you wear on your neck. Typically made with nylon, wool, spandex, cotton, in any combination. You could pull it up onto your face like a mask or wear it on you neck like a scarf to keep wind, sun, and dust from irritating you whilst kiting. The one I seen had the Rev logo on it and was a tie-dyeish colors. Here is a similar product....

I'd definitely put that on my Christmas list that one of my kids could afford!

Have you tried Revolution themselves?  I remember several years ago all the iQuad team wore them, because they spent long hours out in the sun and wind. Maybe they know who made them.

When I was making my XX order I asked, Lolly had never heard of one. I thought it might have been Windstar Kites. No problem, I'll take a sticker and slap it on a gaiter I already have. Smiley

The Kitelife forum would be the place for that kind of swag.

So many people in that clique have forsaken Rev for other brands, someone might give one away (might be kinda sweaty and gross).
