One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Next week i will be traveling through Buffalo, to Binghamton, to Philadelphia, to Salisbury for a few days, and i will appreciate if anyone can let me know if there are any  kite shops along the way that i can get kite parts, like spars etc. , lines , and good dual liner kites. There is a chance that i may go also to Greensburg. Thank you.

If you look in the AKA member merchant list, I think there's a store in the Rochester, NY area. I remember seeing it in the AKA magazine, only one in NY.

Otherwise, GWTW gets me my parts usually within 3 or 4 days, and Steve seems to have everything...

There's a pretty well known shop in Ocean City MD.  Pm me if you need info.

Gomberg's site has a list of kite stores by state.  Prism's has a list of their vendors as well, which *may* be in map form.  I'm pretty sure Gomberg's list is of "all" (known, anyway) shops, while Prism's is of stores that carry their products.  Though I'd guess there probably aren't many kite stores in the US that don't stock Prism.

Single lines, probably....

Dual lines....only if they are transported by night and rolled in coffee to throw the dogs off the scent.

Easier to find Prism Dual Lines at the local REI in MA than the local kite store.  Most of new Prisms have been bought from GWTW.

Unfortunately most kite shops have become boring toy stores.  You just can't find the good stuff.
