Go a little farther west and you'll find a bunch of flyers on Kite Hill at Sam Lewis State Park, between Lancaster and York.

Reach out to the South Jersey Kite Flyers.  The have a Facebook page.
They have members that live in your area.

There also is a kite group on Facebook that flys in your area: https://www.facebook.com/groups/349416071821449/
