One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Okay, I'm once again slipping into my "weather obsessive mode" so I must be feeling better, right? Long range forecast for Sunfest shows scattered t-storms or showers Thursday, and sun or showers or t-storms (take your pick! some dispute between the online weather sites) on Friday. Accuweather, the only site that goes beyond 10 days, shows Saturday and Sunday nice. Here's hoping Mother Nature treats us well!

I have a fair sense of who's going, but how about a rollcall? Who's making it to Sunfest next week?

Joyce and I will be there first thing bright and early Thursday morning to kick things off with breakfast at Boardwalk Joe's at 8:00! Come join us if you're around.

Woohoo! Goin' down the ocean! I'm gonna be useless at work this week. Weather forecast looks not great, but not bad either. Friday and Saturday are looking a-okay. Leg be darned, I WILL fly Revs sometime at Sunfest, by golly!

Had a great time at Sunfest. Thursday was a little low on winds ( still managed to fly light and low wind stuff though), Friday and Saturday were honking ( every thing vented) and sunday started out low wind leading to  rain later. All in all a fantastic time, flying, friends and food! BTW... Jeff did fly his kites ,including being on the REV line flying from his chair! It was a sight to see, I hope someone captured it with a camera.
