2. Include your name and your Forum name.
3. Include the number of calendars you will order and if you are a contributing photographer.
4. List your (up to 12) numerical votes vertically.

Each person who posts in this thread with the number of calendars they will commit to buying will receive in their profile email, the FULL SIZE ballot to peruse as will each photographer.
Ballots will be weighted by the number of calendars promised + 1 if you are a contributing photographer. Price of the calendars should be about $20 + tax + shipping with all profits going to GWTW for Forum upkeep.
