Aerostuff Ferrules

One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

BTW R-Sky has stop importing Aerostuff products and this option is no more avai. on their kites.

Hes not using it on their kites.

it says right on their homepage in the news blurbs that as of October 2009 they are no longer using...that is not saying anything about he kites previously made that had them......

I'm not sure why R-Sky got introduced into this conversation. They have nothing to do with it. I was asking about Aerostuff ferrules. I want to put Aerostuff spreaders on my Cosmic TC and was hoping there was an alternative to the $25 Aerostuff ferrules.

There are alternatives but do remember that legend has it that Aerostuff ferrules, like the spars, are indestructible.

Given that it is quite cool that these hollow ferrules are tapered and do indeed fit snugly and neatly together.



Of course, whether or not this is worth $25 to you or indeed to anyone is another matter.

Hi,
the original Kitehouse Cosmic TC AS comes with Gold as lower spreaders.
I, personally, would try some Nitros instead ...

But, send Christian Stahl an email and ask him, it's his kite, so he knows best.
