Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I saw what a difference the Deep Space weight did for JimB's xt.s and tried it on my Nirvana HW. The wind was maybe 10-14 and it really made a difference! I was able to pitch it so much easier than without the weight! It did much nicer cascades and the flic flacs were much easier.

The weight is nice because it's a long velcro weight that attaches to the keel. I only flew it for an hour at lunch on Friday but it made the HW a much easier kite to trick.

I don't think I had the DS weight in the XT.s.  Undecided

I did, however, have it in your Next Up Team.

But neither here nor there; I'm sure it would help you to get the HW to pitch.

Glad you are getting on with the HW.

You're right. It was the Next Up. I flew so many kites that day I couldn't remember which was which. I have to say that the xt.z was fun though!
