One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I just wanted to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving.

Almost everything we have came from someone else, whether they gave it to us or sold it to us.  So, be sure to take the time to express your gratitude to those who have benefited your life, especially for the deeper and more significant blessings.

For me, it's my wonderful wife who enjoys kite flying with me  Grin Grin Grin
and for my new house (my first).  Lot's of work, but it's good to be out of an apartment.

Have a great day everyone, and don't eat too terribly much.

I want to echo Texanpilot in being thankful for a wife who is willing to go fly with me, even if she is starting to commandeer my foils as her own! Roll Eyes

I'd also like to thank everyone here for the advice, info, camaraderie and kites.
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Let her take whatever she wants.

You are very lucky, trust me.

Watching a turkey cook is like watching paint dry.

I'm gonna go fly fly for an hour now.

My wife may not like to fly, but she will watch the turkey while i do.  Cheesy

Happy Thanksgiving to all

Especially to all the regular Chat guys...wonderful miscreants who have been a source of kite knowledge, comradery, and friendship.   Grin

Why do you think I was thankful for her first!  Wink Grin

And, I do let her fly what she wants. As long as she's happy holding the lines, I can be, too! Grin Grin
