chumby?

Welcome to the GWTW Forum.

One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet. A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites. Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal. 1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Okay..so deep down i am a Techy-wanna-be geek i just do not have the time/money/drive/lack of other interests to let me do so....

but..i love the idea of the chumby......
Anyone out there have one?

I love the original but am thinking of the newer cheaper one......well..because it is cheaper.....does not look as cool though...

What's it do that my phone doesn't do? What's it do that my laptop doesn't do?

Oh yeah allows another company to gather and sell my information and sell adds to clutter my day.

and all it'll cost me is $120

Sorry I'm fascinated by technology too, just wary, and weary of the direction all this has taken.

If there was one cohesive direction with some clear cut guidelines, it probably wouldn't be so bad. Financing 101 technical false starts and redirects gets more than a little annoying.
