One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Anybody that lives in or around Morro Bay is welcome to join me flying kites over the Christmas Season. I will be there from December 23, 2009 to December 30th. I usually fly in the area known to local surfers as "The Pit", but sometimes will fly right at the "Rock". Hey JJ, drag your frozen butt out of "cold to the bone" Reno, Nevada and come suck up some California sunshine all while enjoying lab-grade winds.  You'll be as happy as the
"california cows".  Hey John Rollins are you still flying kites???

Norm, I was in morro bay yesterday at the eye doctor getting new glasses. I might be persuaded to bring a kite over.
