One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I see tricks & combos on videos that look cool.  There are a couple I don't know that I would like to learn.

The multi input Lazy

I don't know what it's called but Fade to 540 back to Fade

I think ABW would call that a 540 Mutex or Flatspin Mutex.. but then I get confused by the Mutex, Duplex, Triplex, nomenclature all the time.

Pretty sure it's a Mutex-type combo though.

this video blows me away still. if i'm not mistaken the opening sequence features the trick you're talking about. i too would love to learn it, just as soon as i finish bowing and kneeling.

Hey, it looks like the guy with the camera is from NY ! Cheesy

That is a cool trick, I would like to see it in less wind, so it's slower and easier to follow. So many tricks, hopefully I live long enough to learn half of them...

Just practice fade to 360 and then you'll be able to do the mutex or whatever it's called.  It's an old school combo.

It may be easier with a less pitchy kite.  Something that will flick flac well enough, but not a yo yo monster. It's easy to get out of control when the kite is nose away.

Maybe flat spins will make a comeback.  Tongue

You guys remember that Tricktail UP vid, the one with scenes in the trees?  It has a great view of this move.

Is it a Mutex? It's easy to understand. I just need to be ready for the last pull back to fade part. It looks cool anyway & in shouldn't be that hard to get.

Timing / inputs on the two input lazy, I have no clue, yet.
