Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

about 3-4 days, I could send you an invitation but it takes as long. Some very cool features with it like ring all your phones at once so you never miss a call, transcibe voicemails to text and email it to you or text it to your cell, setup a webpage with the "Call me" widget so anybody can call you for free from anywhere in the US, announces the callers name before you answer or send them direct to voicemail, customized messages for each person in your phonebook, record calls, and on & on.

Oh and you get to pick your own phone number so spend a bit of time figuring out something personal, couldn't get "Kite" here in Chico though, I think Grass Valley was the closest so that would've incurred long distance charges for my family if dialing direct from their landlines.

Have had Vonage for 3 years.  Great product, has been flawless.  911 setup went well.

I have Vonage as well - close to 2 years now, no problems.  It works over your internet connection, so you need an always-on sort of connection.

I think its about $24/month, unlimited use.
