One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I finally got a L1:evo . But I noticed that their is a set another set of pigtails near the center-t. What are they for,and under what conditions do you adjust them ??

That set of pigtails moves the towpoint up and out and lowers the stress on the frame and bridle OR it moves the towpoint down and in and increases the stress on the frame and bridle.

Out/Up: Better low wind performance, less trickability, larger hand motions required for turns and trick initiaition, larger/slower turn and spin radius

In/Down: Basically the reverse of the other.

These are general guidelines. YMMV.

Would I adjust them when I adjust the pigtails by the upper spreader?(for example:i move the upper pigtails ( pigtails by the upper spreader)down for stronger winds,do i also move the lower(the ones located under the center-t)down also??

Just make one adjustment at a time.

Do the upper by itself and see how it flys.
Put the upper back where it was and move the lower.
If you made the upper shorter at first, for example, then
put the upper back to where it was and make the lower longer.
The effect should be similar on how the kite flys.

In general, you are merely playing with moving the towpoint
in vs out
up vs down
