One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Last weekend Doran being booked-up we ended up at MAcKerricher state park if you saw my other post in this old kite field, this weekend we got a spot at Doran Beach Friday wind was great up to about 12:00 noon 3-5 from the east great flying no one else out flying. Saturday wind pick up from the North and boy did a lot of people put their kites up, winds blowing from 15+ to much wind for me, put the kites away and more people ended up out flying, no vented that I could see is this maybe people that only fly in heavy winds or beginners?, look like the stunt kites I saw they were out of control.
Got in 5hrs of great flying on Friday, and a couple of hrs on Saturday Morning before the wind got crazy.

Saturday Morning

Glad you got some good wind over there. Once again life interfered yesterday, and then today it was raining and zero wind in Fairfield.

Just made reservations for the end of April.  We will be in spot 23.
