Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I'm glad Canada won.  I would have felt bad for them if they didn't.  Hockey is their thing.

Yeah.

It was a good game with the US coming back with less than Thirty Seconds to go and a win for Canada in overtime.

I think it would have soured the whole Olympics for the host country if they had lost it.

I didn't really care for the long faces on the US squad much. They had just won a Silver at the Olympics. Get over yourselves.

This is one of my pet peeves with having Pros in the Olympics.

I'd rather we sent competitors who lost and had the time of their lives, than pros who go all mopey after winning the Silver.

Didn't watch but it sure looked like a good game, congrats to Canada.

They wouldn't have had anything to hang their head for even if they had lost though, their overall results & medals in the whole shebang shines pretty bright. But it was definately the frosting on the cake for them.

Very well said, Jim.  I have to agree.
