One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I think the specs on the Focus page haven't been updated for the newer Jinxes.

The new UL features P1X leading edges, Avia GForce UL lower spreaders, and a .2200 upper spreader.  There's a non-transparent, lightweight mylar strip along the trailing edge, and the Focus Dynamic/Static bridle (carried over from the previous Jinx).

The spine has a stiffener insert that runs from the tail up to the center tee, and there's a barrel weight around the spine at the tail as well.  the Leech line is tensioned using shock cord at the center tee, rather than the wingtips (similar to the Talon).

also, just for an example- the jinxs below show the difference in mylar. the standard is first and the UL is second.

while the standards is transparent the UL's is white and more opaque.

again, nice flying jared. and I love those colors.  Tongue

Opaque white? Could that be one of the Cuben fabrics like ae is using on his SSUL?
