Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I never wear gloves when flying dual line kites.

+ 1, only for single kites.

single line only.......

back in the 90's there was a company/guy who sold sailing gloves with a metal hook on the palm for flying...his reasoning was that then you did not need handles (that was the usual way of holding your lines back then)......scary looking thing....you could b***h slap someone and take off their nose!!!

I dont wear gloves, even in the winter (unless it's cold AND has high winds).
If I flew single line, i'd imagine I would.

But until that day, no gloves.  Smiley

only with big SLK's or rokaku battles.  I have a pair of leather tactical gloves with a kevlar lining.

Only when it's super cold and then I usually take them off when I get warmed up.
