One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Very cool, amazing aircraft.

Went down to the air show at Beale AFB once to see the SR71 do a flyby, of course we were late and sitting in a line of cars to get in when it started up. I was disappointed to say the least ... until it took off and turned directly toward us, I jumped out onto the hood and it flew directly at & overhead me. If you've ever seen it you know straight on is the best view.

Being late we were still there when the planes fired up to go home, we had a new moon in the sky and the flight pattern took them directly at it ... the last glow of dusk, after burners on, tails to us, and in a few seconds and they would disappear into it.

One of the most memorable days of my life, sometimes it pays to be late  Grin
