One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

As we speak BIO-GIFT is standing by to share perhaps my twin sisters final gift to this world as I type this.

I was given a journal by her devoted husband last week...on the opening page is something in her beautiful hand writing...that I would like to share with my kite family and friends.

Thanks for all the kind words of encouragement. My twin sister finally passed this life this morning at their home near the beach in Nehalem, Oregon.

 She loved attending the kite festivals..especially like this shot taken at the 94 Lincoln City Oregon kite festivals. (The lady sitting with the Aqua shirt watching me fly my choro event was my twin sister MJ) My young family on the left side of the photo.
"TIME FLIES WHEN WE ARE HAVIN' FUN!"
In those early 90's...I flew those beautiful hot pink, purple and Aqua Goodwind's custom Zephyr kites and always received more than my share from her and my fellow peer's  razzing me that  "macho'men shouldn't fly under panty pink kites in choro."

It wouldn't take long a time to experience just how those  brand new HOT PINK Tarington cloth could fade into a shabby shade of pink...in less than two days of flying in bright sunshine.
 Yes...MJ lives in my heart and through her precious journals of encouragement, hope and promise.
 She truly made this world a better place for soooooooooooo many people.
