Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Now you can watch a Talon or a Trident being made.  Brought to you by Mark Clements.  Mark normally broadcasting from 9 or 10am GMT.

i'm hooked; still watching last season, trying to catch up. the story is gripping and the cast is great. by the end of the series, i might even be able to make a kite.

highly recommended viewing.

it's absolutely fantastic, and i feel privileged to be able to, see the process start to finish. as someone who has watched the 'shop scenes' from the trick or treat dvd sometimes frame by frame to see what's happening, mark has given us a wonderful window into the construction his great kites.

I have to agree, even though I am rarely able to watch live. I really enjoy being able to interact even this little bit with a talented builder!

Now this is odd...
It seems that justintv is having some issues. When I try to go there, I am getting responses like the servers are down.

No server is available to handle this request.

The funny thing this happened while I was watching a saved vid. Went to start a new one and...nothing...

Nevermind, after about 10-15 mins, it came back up...

Wow, incredibly mundane but interesting all the same (fitting a lead weight into a rod)! I think Mark should talk to himself more.  Cheesy

This is a really cool idea, particularly for JoE enthusiasts.  Cool

He is very informative when he speaks. He isn't talking to himself though, during the broadcast, people watching ask him questions, or make comments, in the chat window.
