need help with super sled from gomberg kites sled

i have a sled fom them and there is something wrong with the bridle does anybody  have measurements on a brile for it or a better one than that so i can fix it    it just keeps folding in  on sides doesnt matter of winds  flown at beach with good wind  same thing

i would guess all three bridle legs should be the same length...but then i do not have one...

Really sorry you are having problems!

We haven't had any reports of bridle problems with the SS. I'm in France this week and can't get you specific lengths for a few days.

Also, are you using a tail on the Sled?

I've had the same issue and making the centre one longuer helped....a bit. a tail helps too.

I've actually flown it again yesterday and it's still not a kite I would leave unattended under any circumstances    curious to see what you say David

Hello , I have the same sled from D.G.. and mine seems to fly really well . It will fold up in  gusty winds if I try and fly it tailless. But all in all I'd say mine flys as it should.  The length is the same for all three . Mine are  9 feet 7 inches  or 115 inches to put it that way.  Do you have any good bridle line?  I probably have some around if need be.........Ask......Tom

     So how did it work out for ya? Is it flying right now? I had mine up again today and did have some instability ,due to unstable winds, but for the most part it flew as expected.  The wind has been 5to 15 with gusts to30 acording to the weather report but I'd guess it's much higher. I don't have a wind guage yet but I'm looking for one......I'd say the winds today were more like 10 to 20 and gusting to 35-40  .....I'll say one thing for it that sled can pull....Tom
