Talon UL to STD

One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.

Is it possible to get a Talon UL (or I guess any UL for that matter) to behave more like a STD just by adding weights?

It will roll up faster and have more momentum but it will not behave the same.

Oversteer as well if there's to much. Some kites more then others.

The increased stiffness of the standard weight frame makes a big difference. The UL would be too flexible in Std. wind to behave the same as a Std. kite. The fact that the increase in weight is evenly spread over the kite couldn't be duplicated very well with even a bunch of tiny weights.
