One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Is there a light weight set of lines for the SUL kites? Just pulled out my kite bag from storage and want to get it back up. I sold my regular line set, so I will have to get another. The only sets I can find are the regular weight line sets.

Thanks.

Most people go with 50# for light wind. If it has to serve for standard and vented, better go with 90#.

less than 90# LPG is fine
unless you want to do 3D things,
then it tangles and picks-up dirt, hair, twigs and lawn crap way too easily.

75# Berry Blue is acceptable, but not as slippery or tangle-proof as the 90 LPG

50# LPG is fine for team 120's (if everyone uses 'em!) otherwise it is a tangled mess waiting to happen.

I only use 90# unless the porta-potties are blowing over,
then I'll switch to 150#

indoors or outside, short or long, it's the best line you can buy based solely upon the quality of the product, ... you can save money or buy lines for specific purposes but LaserPro Gold is the top of the line in my experience.  Rev has to buy miles worth of it to have any access, why do that unless it's worth the investment (thousands of dollars!) and trouble?
