One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

You can use the APA stand off fittings on the leading edge for the yo-yo bars and Steve might have webbing...
Are you talking about the seatbelt stuff?

Webbing can be had from Hang em High. Steve sells carbon and fiberglass rods for roll bars. If you want the same fittings as the Deep Space uses you need to contact Mr. Benson.  Wink

Denny

BTW, if you're looking for webbing for the Vortex, you'll need either very light webbing or something like ballistic nylon to get the proper nose shape. Seatbelt webbing is too stiff.

I didn't realize it for a specific kite...If you need light stuff for the nose, try the Dacron from H-E-H.

You might have seen it on duffel bags a while back. Check with Steve. He can probably get you whatever you need even if it's not in the store...

Goodwill, Salvation Army, Thrift Stores, Garage Sales. Specifically it is a 2x2 weave 1050 denier nylon fabric, but any Cordura fabric as used in luggage and backpacks of approximately that weight can be used on kites satisfactorily.
