To best publicize your event we recommend that you link your event to the calendar.  To do that click on the calendar tab in the top navigation bar.  Go the month and date of your event (or starting date for multi-day events) and click on the date (the number) and that will open a window that allows you to enter the event title, number of days of the event and then when you select post will allow you to create a post in this section of the forum.  Then you can enter the details.

If you have already created a post here but didn't use the calendar feature go ahead and follow the steps above.  This will create a duplicate entry here.  We will then delete your non-linked entry.
