Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Could someone provide the email of a moderator or administrator for the Prism forum?

Several days ago I tried to do my daily check of the Prism forum and found I was a guest.  My preferences were set to maintain log in indefinitely so I do not have to log in but something must have changed.

I try to login but the log in and password do not match.  I have tried the "send me the password routine" for three days but no email comes despite the message that says an email was sent.  Also tried to register again but it says I am already registered.  Tried to register with a different name but it says sorry my email is already on file.  Tried to send an email to Dean, the administrator and Mark but it will not let me since that service is for registered members only.

I thought it may be too many newbie questions but if that were the case I would have been barred from this forum long ago.  At least for today my log in still works here.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Kurt:

Unfortunately they will not let me sign up using an email from a registered user.  I did sign up my wife and contacted the adminstrator regarding the issue.

You are right about Prism responding to emails.  I don't understand why the feature exists if no one responds.

When I initially go to the Prism forums it shows me as a Guest but soon as I click on the lounge it shows me logged in.

Mine always worked that way too.....until now.  I am always a guest.

When I look up my name using my wifes login it shows me being a member for 675 days with no posts, no registration or even a last visit.  Hopefully the Administrator will do something but the last time he was online is shown as Dec 3, 2009.

I'd probably just make a new login name and not bug Prism about it.  These sorts of problems are not going to make it to the top of their long to-do list.  They have enough trouble keeping up with the zillion people wanting to know how to hook the lines to the bridle and what not.
