One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I'm just back from the Nordic Kite Meeting 2010, and off course I brought my camera.

All the pictures from the event are here!

Thanks Sven.

Although it looked a bit cold and dark at first, I was happy to see the sun came out for everyone. The food looked good and the kites were happy.

My favorite photo was the penguin mini-banners.  Smiley

Nice to see NKM going strong.

One question: the skeleton? Seal?

Thanks for the pics, Sven.

It's a piece of grass which is stuck to the ground in one end and blown around by the wind. The loose end of the grass has 'drawn' a circle in the sand!  Smiley

Yes, it was really cold. Below 10C (50F) all the time.
However the wind was great, 2-5m/sec (4-11mph) most of the time!  Smiley
