crap? I hate to break it to you, but single line kites rarely fly without wind. And dual line fliers don't need to move forward EVER if there is no wind. It's OK to call it UL wind, but not no wind
because clearly there is wind.

Just for an example, here is a video that I made two years ago.
At about 1:40 I change kites, and you'll see a wind meter and an explanation of why the video becomes shaky. That's zero wind. But not always, as you might be able to notice. It ain't ever great, but you can see when the wind does move, as when it does the kite jumps alive. When you have to generate your own wind, the kite falls whenever you slack it (see the slots, or look at how slow that cascade goes). This is also when the camera needs to move to keep up. Be gentle, that video was a while ago.
